if it's BIG time, buy whatever I wanted to buy since so long, charity, then save for college.

You caught your BF/GF is cheating you with your best friend:
I'd probably slap him and her first, then ask who started it and why. You know. Find out how.

You saw someone hitchiking on highway:
don't stop. could be a robber.

You caught a friend stealing from you:
slap and scold and ask why.

You witnessed a murder:
depends who... if it's a murder in a big place or anything visible to people, I'd probably call police or ambulance.

A random stranger offered you ice cream:

NO ID? in Indonesia, police would probably just take the money anyway. So first step is see if there are any accidental ID available.. then take it when sure it's not a trap either.
