I would blow it up immediately on things I really, really want, like SLR camera, Mac book pro 17" with maximum specifications, all sims 3 expansions, a cozy beach house, a car, a VIP plane, college in SCAD, cool apartment with furnitures that I pick, private designer, make a clothing line, save it and give some to charity.
